BOB Ironman Stroller Review

admin on February 16th, 2010

Here’s a BOB Ironman stroller review:

The BOB Ironman jogging stroller is for serious runners. If you are looking for the best jogging stroller around, the Ironman is definitely worth looking into.

The Ironman is the most lightweight of all BOB jogging strollers. It also has a one-hand folding mechanism and quick-release wheels so it is very easy to transport and store.

The Ironman is great for running on paved roads. I tracks very well. If you plan to use the stroller on more rugged surfaces, check into getting the BOB Sport Utility Stroller.

It is also very durable and easy to push.

Kids feel very comfortable in the stroller. Many babies seem to fall asleep while their parent is running.

The sun visor and wind cover are helpful in protecting your child from the elements, which is kind of important when you are running.

I’ve seen reviews online written by Marathon runners, and they were all very positive.

The BOB Ironman duallie stroller is great if you want to jog with two kids.

The only color available is yellow.

BOB Stroller Reviews

BOB Stroller Reviews on the net are very positive.

Here are some sample reviews I found on Amazon.

From the BOB Revolution Stroller reviews:

“I’ve looked at nearly every single model of every single stroller on the market, from Bugaboos to Uppa Baby Vista, Baby Jogger, Bumblebee, Maclaren…I’m a bit stroller obsessed. Bob always comes out on top, in my own personal research as well as reading the millions of reviews. It feels very light weight in person, turns corners like a dream, doesnt take up a ton of trunk space (I have an Accord and it leaves plenty of room in the trunk), is durable and constructed very well, and honestly, it just looks nice. I wish it came in better colors, but I’ll settle on the black which is fine. My baby loves it (he is 5 months old and we have the infant seat attachment). We use this for absolutely everything from mall, to grocery store, to trail walking– I absolutely love it. We also have a smaller Maclaren which I also like, but we use the Bob 90% of the time. The sun canopy is great- huge and works perfectly. It feels smaller in person than it looks online, so worth seeing if you can. I hate it when people say it’s big/bulky; well, if you’re comparing it to a smaller umbrella stroller it is. But for a general all purpose stroller, it isn’t remotely bulky. And I think it’s the best value, $700 is ridiculous for a stroller in my opinion, no matter of circumstance, so the $400 doesn’t feel like you just got robbed.”

For the BOB Sport Utility Stroller:

“I’m an active duty new mom and needed a stroller that would allow me to spend time with my son and get back into shape for my semi-annual physical training test that was to take place 6 months after delievery. This stroller has helped me do that with ease! We often run/walk on the towns sidewalks and bike paths which often are rough and uneven and this stroller takes it all in stride. The sun shade is so big that it covers our son all day long. My son and I completed our first 5K together when he was 5 months old and everyone on base loved how he “beat” me by crossing the finish line first! We got a Graco travel system as a baby shower gift and used that stroller w/ the car seat until he was 2 months and I will never use it again. The smooth ride of this stroller along with the ease of use have made this stroller one of the most used baby products we’ve purchased. The only con about this product is the lack of cup holders for the adult which has to be purchased seperately.”

And here’s a BOB Ironman Stroller review:

“Have you ever ridden in a vehicle or on a bike that you just felt was better designed? Or used a tool or a piece of software that just worked seamlessly? That’s the feeling you get from this stroller.
I can’t believe how smoothly it rolls. It’s also very comfortable for my son. He quite prefers it to his ‘regular’ stroller. His visibility is also better, which he enjoys.
If you’re going to run with your child, I strongly recommend this stroller. ”

You can see that parents really like BOB jogging strollers, and for good reason!

admin on February 16th, 2010

Today I’d like to give you a BOB Revolution Duallie stroller review.

First of all, here’s a video with some close up images:

The Revolution Duallie is very popular for many reasons.  It is easy to push, comfortable for your child, and very durable.  It comes in mesa orange and navy blue.

This stroller comes in two models.  The regular one, and the 12″ AW.

The BOB Revolution Duallie AW (or BOB Revolution Stroller 12″ AW) is a slightly different than the regular model.

In this model all 3 wheels are 12″ wheels.  This means that it is more compact and easier to maneuver.  Get this model if you just plan to use your stroller in the city and don’t really need it for light jogging or tougher terrains.

There are several accessories that you can add to your stroller.

There is a handlebar console, a fitness kit, and a BOB diaper bag.

You can even get a BOB Revolution Duallie weather shield to protect your child in the winter.

Lots of people come to this site looking for a closeout.  BOB Revolution Duallie strollers are not cheap, and everybody wants a good price.

The problem is that this is not easy to find.

Usually the best deals can be found at the REI semi-annual sale.  You can get up to 20% off your stroller then.  To stay updated and get an email as soon as a sale starts, sign up to a sales tracking site such as

BOB Revolution - All Terrain Stroller

admin on February 4th, 2010

One of the reasons the BOB Revolution All Terrain Stroller is so popular is that it can be used on any terrain.

You can use it in the city to do your shopping and run errands.

You can use it in parks and on the playground.

And you can use it on the beach on outdoor trails.

The large 16″ wheels and the swivel lockable front wheel make it easy to push on any terrain.

The true suspension system keeps your child comfortable on rough trails. It also has a tracking mechanism to help you correct any misalignment.

The BOB Revolution is easy to fold and carry when you need to get it into the car. You can easily remove the wheels to make the stroller even smaller.

It is very sturdy and made of high quality. Even the fabric is rugged.

When you look at the Revolution you can tell that the BOB Revolution all terrain stroller is exactly what you need if you are the type of person who wants to jog, hike, and run errands with the same stroller.
